Van Cargo Control

I was asked about van cargo control and really at a loss in trying to figure out what the guy is talking about.

He bought a sprinter and has two types of track on the walls, E track and what he calls L track.

How many of you van owners/drivers use something other than E track to tie down loads?

And

How is it working for you?

Greg L track is Logistics track also know as airline track "hints its used alot in air cargo securement" I use the good 'ol e track and have 8 straps and 12 blankets/pads and a couple of tow straps & 2x4 sockets. Thats all I need for a van I have yet to have a load I could not secure properly. I have L track on the walls and in the floor as well as D rings in the floor. I carry half a dozen ratchet straps as well as a big monster strap to tie loose big freight together into one solid cube. At first I didn't like the L track but now I kinda do, its easy to clean and works well.
