Unintended Consequences?

Is this just unintended consequences of not controlling our borders, the constant drum beat about amnesty, or just the total indifference of what harm doing everything for political gain can do?

Our presidents, our congress, and all of us, should be ashamed. It IS, ultimately, OUR fault for it is We, The People, who keep electing these fools, often just to insure our "freebies" or our own wish to control others.

Mass graves on our border. Our ENTIRE government should resign.

Yes, it's true, those in that grave were coming here illegally, BUT, if we did not make it easy for them, far fewer would chance it.

There is a very good book by John Ross titled Unintended Consequences. The day may come when it transitions from fiction to history.

Thank you for showing the disgust and remorse for the situation these people find themselves in.

There are those on this board that would cheer and celebrate the loss of life saying they got what they deserved.

We, as a civilized society, should be mourning them.

I don't think there is anyone on this board who would cheer and celebrate their loss of life. That is an erroneous accusation.

They are as responsible for their own deaths, at those who aided them. They did, after all, make a choice to risk everything. That is no reason to cheer. One can only hope that several things happen now. FIRST, our government grows some stones and closes and controls our borders. Those who hire illegals, stop. Those who encourage them by offering "amnesty" for political gain, stop. We also need to broadcast pictures of what was found, to hopefully deter anymore from risking their lives. They would be better off to stay home, and straighten out their own house.

Not cheering their loss is a human thing.

We MUST find a solution to the problem!

And no, they did not get what they deserved.

The solution is known, our politicians will not do it. The borders MUST be closed. There is NO other answer. Nothing else will be effective until that is done. Closing the borders will not likely happen without pain, or loss.
