Not for ports Going to canada yes its a must.

A passport is NOT enough. A DOD security clearance is NOT enough. A background check for hazmat is NOT enough. TWIC MUST be the answer. WHY in the world do we have to PAY and PAY and PAY for background checks? ONE should be MORE than enough. Shoot, we have to have more security checks than our Presidents do! How stupid is that?

Even Passport Transport needs a TWIC to PU an import car load at the ports...

Well, how many agencies does the government need to cover security? [I think I read recently that there are 52 separate ones!]
