I am fairly new to the trucking industry and I am attempting to put together a guide for our new interns and employees. I am looking for information on all the various types of trucks available (vans to TL). Does anyone know where some valuable resources are available?

Any help is very much appreciated!

The various types of Vans, (cargo, cube) Straight trucks, tractor trailers.

I know a lot of people refer to them by different names, but general information on size, height, weight, and typical freight that goes with them...

Any information like that is much appreciated!

The net is a good place to start.. maybe a large trucking company with various sizes of trucks might have a website that lists the types of trucks and services they have.
