Truck Show in March

I have a few questions about the truck show in March:
1) Do we need to make reservations for the show?
2) Do we need reservations at a motel or can we stay in the truck?
3) This show is not just for expeditors, right? So is there parking for everyone?
4) Do you all wear your Company shirts/uniforms to identify us to each other?
5) How many days is the show?
6) Cost for attending?
7) Where exactly is it?

Reservations are not required but you can avoid some considerable entry delay by registering at www.truckingshow.com

You may stay in your truck but may have to pay for overnite if you plan on camping out. Motel/hotel reservations can be made at the above link, but y'all better hurry as the nearby rooms go real fast.

Parking for everthing except planes and trains.

>4) Do you all wear your Company shirts/uniforms to identify

Wear your shirts with pride and make sure you visit the Expediter Experience location and say hi to the EO staff.

>5) How many days is the show?

Three days

>6) Cost for attending?

Free...If...you get a ticket from your carrier or most any T/A and many other truckstops. Many trucking Magazins also have tearout free coupons. Otherwise pay about $5 at the door.

>7) Where exactly is it?

Louisville Exposition Center. I think a direction can be gotten from the www.truckingshow.com site

There is also an interesting food court area with great food and entertainment. The expediters area which I have been told is in the same area as last year was a great meeting point. We met many people at the EO booth and then would go have a break or lunch and catch up on what each of us had done and seen. We would exchange ideas and many times we would have to go check out an area they had seen. Also the freebies there are just amazing and a lot of them are very useful. You will get ideas of items you might want to incorporate in your truck or after seeing them things you don't want. Another great benefit of being there you can talk to other drivers and tell them about what you have seen or might want and they will either know something about the item or will go back with you and evaluate the benefits. The networking is just amazing. There are just to many things to list on why this show is really beneficial to you and your future in trucking!

i suggest pre registration at the web site but do it soon they have a cut off date,to receive your pass in the mail, other wise they send u a letter and u can pick it up at the registration booth, there is also parking onsite for a fee a stated by terri and renae but there is also free parking for trucks and vehicles of all sizes at the papa johns parking lot which basicaly turns into the biggest truck stop in the country for that weekend its free they run a shuttle every twenty minutes to the expo center its also were joey holiday sets up and does his music each night and then on friday night after the truck show ends for those who decide to for go the masses of the free concert at freedom hall or one of the truck manufactures vip parties he does a concert and pig pickin right there in the parking lot that turns into one hell of a good time.sorry terri not trying to under mind your answers but gotta get all the possibilites out there the papa johns lot is right across from papa johns stadium take the same exit as the expo center entrance but instead of a left to the expo center pay gate go right to the first light and make a left u cant miss all the trucks.hope this helps a little more.
