I had went to their website the first time the GPS had been in a post, and read that about it saying the name of the street to turn on. Pretty neat. Also, I think it said you can return it within 30 days. If you did happen to get it, that should be long enough to test it and see if it works for you. I usually use the GPS, but I read the text directions and compare it to the QC directions, because they usually, not always, tell you when there is a restricted road or low clearance. At least, we've only run into a problem once when following the QC. If it's backroads, I always check the map against it too.
One time in East Boston, before we had GPS (which probably wouldn't have worked well there anyways) I had to call the place and the guy had to give us turn by turn directions while on the phone. I was surprised he knew his turns so well! Lol...usually people can't tell you how to get to there place. Wonder how they get to work...lol.
