Has anyone out there had any dealings with Kenworth of Indianapolis(spell ck. please). Can they be trusted?

In NJ when in doubt about reputation of a company I call the county Consumers Affairs Office, may be called by different names in other states, as they keep records of complaints lodged against businesses. The local Better Business Bureau can also be a valuable tool when gathering information about a business.

Fred Sargent, Performance Kenworth, Houston, TX. 713-844-7111. However good any other dealer in the country is they are no better than a tie and most likely not as good. Fred is a stand up guy. I give him a 100% endorsement.

We have been pleased with current and past dealings with Kenworth of Indy. If purchasing, I would call and ask for Ed Strange. Very knowledgable and has always took care of us. If doing conversions or custom sleepers, he is very well connected and knows his stuff.
KW of Indy is part of the Palmer group.
