Trans light on, inhibit light on, no code.

Working on a o6 hino 268 , trans light comes on then the inhibit light and trans won't shift. No abs light, fluid and filter recently changed. Checked and cleaned all connectors and the only thinges i found was the ma in connector was full of fluid, cleaned it and nothing changed. Not sure what to do next, why no fault code? Thanks in advance.
