They call this "traffic harmonization"!
You know what this country needs? A complex system of variable, ever-changing speed limit signs so nobody can ever argue with the police about whether they've been speeding. Done!

Have seen that on a few east coast bridges and on the snomaguil pass(sp) outside of Seattle . Hey India, we pu at ap hill few months ago saw you had signed in a day before maybe some day we will meet up with you guys,becky would like that also.

Heck we drive so slow now that I don't worry about speeding anymore. LOL
I don't think this will be any more difficult than slowing down for work zones etc. Now, whether or not the 4 wheelers will even SEE the changing signs remains to be seen.
