Taz,

Thanks for the figures. We thought we were being low-balled. We have since heard from others that they weren't all impressed with some figures and attitudes they got either.

2legman...you travel alone don't you?

Good Morning McBride...I bought a 106 in July with 350K 96" sleeper lift axle and generator for 44K. Your is truly custom and would probably get well over 50K on the open market. Last year there was custom 106 with overcab sleeper that went for 65K or there abouts. 106's are getting harder and harder to come by so you might get a real premium. Priced a 106 with auto last year this time for 52K that had all of the extras, without the shower. Go figure! PS whatever happened with the LA lift axle ticket? Inquiring mind wants to know if I should be relocating my controls. I'm heading to LA as I write this...wish me luck

I didn't really care for the salesman at the expo. I put in an finance app with FL of knoxville, for a sprinter. I called and talked to the salesperson, and he said he would call me back. Three times I did this with no call back. So, finally I went to Oakland Dodge here in Michigan, and they took care of my needs. I hate when I have to fight to give someone my business. And from your experience, it sounds like they may be a bit shady, too. Of course, you always do alot better to sell your vehicles, rather than trading in. Good luck guys.

My wife and I haven't had much success with trying to deal with Freightliner in Knoxville either...In fact, we've pretty well given up on them. Never got a response to emails and there seemed to be a definite lack of interest when we visited in person. So, we are about to buy a new or late model truck, but it probably won't be in Knoxville.
