I think you also are failing to make the connection between:
"I tes (sic) my drivers all the time." and
"But thank god I have several awesome serious drivers working for me and they are super responsible and take care of my trucks and our clients."
Why do you test these
"awesome serious drivers" all the time? And if your equipment and drivers are leased
"onto a firm up in ND", why do
you test them all the time instead of having the
"firm" doing the random testing thing?
I thought it was 3. You must have added another one in the last few days. I did give you a lead on some cab heaters that may be had at a steep discount. Check out your

Are your North Dakota drivers locals or immigrants? Good luck with your business in North Dakota. There is good money to be made there and if your drivers are willing to work and endure the weather they should do well also. So far, this winter has been rather mild when considering snow fall and cold temperatures. Usually in this neck of the prairie if the temperatures are above average, so is snow fall. If the temperatures are below average, so are the snow totals. Its weird to have above average temperatures and below average snow fall. Then there is summer! I have lived all my life in Minnesota and as an adult have seen 105° F and -43° F. In 1990 the Minnesota Twins finished last in their division, as did the Atlanta Braves. In 1991 the Twins won the World Series over the Braves. Certainly a land of extremes. Ya you betcha!
