Toys for Tots 2014

Toy collection for the Marine Corps Reserve was run today. This is the fourth year I've had this privilege and I'm happy to say that the toys collected today ranks as the most I've collected.

18 feet of the truck was full floor to ceiling, and two more feet on the floor. Load 1 employees, drivers, and customers donated almost 40 large bags full of toys and sixteen bikes.

Thanks to Raymond for riding with me as navigator and helping load and unload. Additional thanks to Steve Briggs and Matt George for filling the bags, and to John Elliott for allowing me to make the run.

Wish we could have been there with you as planned. As we all know though, best laid plans !!

Great jobs guys and thanks Raymond for stepping up and helping Steve after we had to bail to come do Wreaths Across America.

It was a lot of work, but well worth it. Raymond did a great job.
