Yes, congratulations to all who made it. I noticed that both Panther and FedExCC are listed as not LTL carriers. Perhaps that is why some drivers/owners are bailing because the companies are leaning more towards TL...

Huh. About the only "100" I can see All State being associated with is "days to pay."

All State Express doesn't have broker authority. Thus they do not have a BMC 84 or 85 broker bond to file on if they do not pay. I would not take a load from a carrier that does not have legal authority to broker freight. They need to get "property broker authority" before they can legally broker out freight. Having contract carrier authority does not give you the authority to broker out freight from shippers that you have contracts with!

Actually, they do. You may have missed it simply because it is incorporated separately and therefore has a different MC than the carrier. That's not all that unusual either. [FONT=Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Arial, Helvetica]MC502547[/FONT][/FONT]

I couldn't find their broker side. But if they broker out loads under the All State Company, then they are tricking people. You would have to get the load through their brokering company in order to file on their bond if you do not get paid. There was a problem with all that is why my factoring company can not work with them.

Sheesh, guys. Lighten up. Many of us can remember the days when media insitutions like Inbound Logistics couldn't even spell "expedited freight". This is a good thing that we have carriers - - who made it this list. It's good.
