So, you don't think the "underreporting" of the county's population that is inevitable when people tell the census takers "It's none of your business!" is a plausible reason? I do, because I heard quite a few people saying they intended to say exactly that, or already had. Those would be people who have very little use for the government, and find much wrong in whatever the government does. I bet you know some people like that, too.
And I can vouch for the problem of being unable to remove a deceased voter from the rolls, because my sister is looking at a perfectly good car sitting in her driveway, that she can't touch - because she can't get an official death certificate for her son. Without it, she can't insure the car, or renew the registration. Every query regarding the death certificate ends in another runaround, with the coroner blaming the funeral director & vice versa. [The death certificate is given to the funeral director, not the next of kin.] She has made 3 monthly car payments out of her pocket, because it's been 3 months, and still no official death certificate. I imagine it is even worse for the people who aren't requesting confirmation on a near daily basis - like the registrars.
But that's not what you want to believe - you prefer to think it's voter fraud, because of Democrats in general, and Obama in particular.
And you believe this confirms it.
SMH.
