I love the fact that the company is named hooker!
The company is real. The notice is not.
This is a spoof that's older than the Internet. I remember seeing a similar notice on the bulletin board outside the locker rooms in college. I have no idea what the origin might be, but the Internet has allowed it to be widely adopted and used for many companies and universities.
