Yeah hawk....someone throws an idea or thought out on the board and we toss related or somewhat related ideas back..it drifts around and around...brainstorming out a problem or idea.
If every thread stayed on topic how boring would it get?

example:

Question: Hey I am a newbee is it a good time to get into the business?

Answer: No or Yes.

I remember some know-it-all moron replying to a post about how to say thank you when someone flashes you back over with a rant about a blinker fluid shortage. How off topic is that! I googled blinker fluid and it doesn't exist. What a goober!

I think this forum needs to be cleansed of all off topic posters. Then we need to eradicate these pesky vans from the expedite industry. Please help me make this site and the industry safe for serious, business minded professional expediters.

BTW... do you like whole wheat croutons? I don't usually like em, but for some reason I love Outback's. Which reminds me... they got rid of their Wasabi salad. Man that was good... wish they'd bring it back!

Almost forgot. I wish they'd make up their minds rather to serve Mr Pibb or not. When they don't have it, I end up buying beer, which is much more expensive and results in my wife driving home.

You need to watch your self sir. You are going way off topic mr. I'm sure I'm most likey the worst at going off topic, but at the time I usually don't realize it. And the comment about people shouldn't be on here because they are not expediting or trucking anymore is crazy. So I guess we forgot everything we learned when we had to leave the industry? Who is to say we aren't trying to stay current with the issues in case we decide to get back in? I mean I've had a few people pm me telling me when my health allows it if I want back in to expedite let them know and they will help me get back in. So why not stay on top of what's going on? I know this seems like I'm going off topic, but actually I'm responding to what someone else said earlier. Plus this is why I would like to see a chat room if at all possible in the future.
