Brown's Gas is the same thing that this thread has been talking about, only it redirects the hydrogen and oxygen into the intake giving you a more efficient burn mixture. A clean air filter and a tuning module will actually yield the same results. In Brown's Gas the gases are broken down using the same electrolysis, and more energy is lost in the process than you get out of it. You will get cleaner burning fuel, and thus more MPG, at the expense of less horsepower, and a harder working engine, while the alternator has to come up with the electricity used for the electrolysis.
If this really and truly worked, and was energy efficient, the car and truck manufacturers would be falling all over themselves to get the technology installed. It's not like this technology is a secret or anything. NASA has been using it since the 60's.
