THIRD video of Canton cop threatening to execute someone

A little more backstory on that third stop - about one of the individuals in the car ....... and what happened to him during an encounter with Harless back in 2003.

Watch the video - and have a look at what the guy looked like ..... after Harless and his buddies got done with him (Hint: it required reconstructive plastic surgery):

Exclusive: Man feared for life during traffic stop with Canton police officer

Harless was, of course, was fully and completely exonerated for that incident ..... but only after a thorough and exhaustive investigation by Canton Police Internal Affairs Bureau (who are pictured below)

As I'm reading this, I'm wondering, does the ex-cop now at least admit that his behavior was wrong? I mean, after time off to reflect and read accounts and opinions about himself, does he now at least recognize--at the very least--that his actions and attitudes were at least a little over-the-top? They're criminal in every definition and possible point of view, but I'd settle for him admitting that he has wrong. Not that he should ever be a cop again, and not that he should escape jail, but even judges like to see some remorse.

And then I come across the part where it says he's planning to appeal.

Goodbye, scumbag. Now we've only got the rest of the majority of police officers who are psychopaths to get fired.

I wonder how any cop could view the videos and still feel compelled to donate sick days to him...just goes to show that the whole barrel is rotten, not just the odd apple here and there. And the article doesn't say he's been arrested, as he should have been long ago.

When this happened in Detroit, the FBI stepped in and investigated to find all kinds of problems, maybe this is a time we need them to step in and investigate Canton.

Question: Doesn't anybody monitor those police-cruiser cams? It seems to me from the article that this was an ongoing problem, and it should have been caught long before it was. Imagine several different videos going viral. Some higher-up wasn't watching when he should have been.

They'd have to have a lot of full-time people to watch each cruiser-cam, even if they fast-forwarded through the parts where nothing's going on.

so glad this type of stuff only happen by cops . other people dont think this way .before i go any further this cop and his supporters are all scambags and should be blackballed if not jailed .
and people wonder what is wrong with the USA today . stuff like this and the way people think . WHY DO POEPLE THINK THIS WAY ??

like the truck driver that thinks he only needs 1 strap on the load or can drive 24 hours with out rest. or the parent of a chid which is a perfect child , a business man that is only out to make a profit any way he can .or even a politician . just so glad cops are the only ones that think that way .

so should people do what is right or do what will get them ahead

that would take away somebodies profit and it will show the bad things cops and the goveranment does to the people . and to many people beleive that those type of people cant do any wrong .
