Rather than relying on the paraphrase ("She said ...") characterization in that screenshot let's have a look at some actual direct quotes from her ruling:

Bearing in mind the Armstrong decisions and all of the considerations raised by the parties, the Court has seriously doubts about whether the former President’s retention of the audiotapes as personal is a matter that is subject to judicial review. But the Court need not decide this question because whether judicial review is available or not, the relief that plaintiff seeks – that the Archivist assume “custody and control” of the audiotapes – is not available under the PRA.

Of course, to understand the full import of that, one would need to read the opinion to get the entire context:


Here's another quote from her ruling which is germane:

Plaintiff contends that its factual allegations about the nature and substance of the audiotapes clearly establishes them to be Presidential records, regardless of how they were 9 treated by President Clinton. Pl.’s Opp. at 12–13. The Court is not so sure. But even if the Court were inclined to agree with plaintiff’s reassessment of President Clinton’s decision, it would not alter the conclusion that the injury cannot be redressed: the PRA does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records.

But your not worried because its trump.
The Democrats are hiring 87,000 new irs agents to come for our money.....and if you don't pay up they will take everything and sell it for Pennys on the dollar. You will then be homeless like everyone in California. But hey it's only trump.

The IRS is understaffed and underfunded, long-term problem stretching back for some years ... and is only getting worse.

They process/handle something on the order of 174 Million returns per year (as of fiscal year 2010)

They have a total staff of 74,454 (2019)

That means for each IRS employee there are 2061 returns filed per year.

Not all employees are auditors of course, so it's a safe bet that only a very tiny percentage of returns ever get audited.

Zuckerberg was likely more than willing to help with stifling the Hunter Biden laptop story. Still, for Biden to get the FBI involved in something this tawdry is just another example of them becoming a political enforcement unit for the Socialist Democrats.

Keep in mind that the FBI had the laptop since Dec 2019, yet in the fall of 2020 before the presidential election and just prior to the NY Post Hunter Biden laptop story, they went to Facebook warning of an incoming Russia disinformation story dump. In other words, the FBI knew by then that it wasn’t Russia disinformation and it was Hunter’s Laptop but fed the misinformation lie to Facebook to suppress the story and influence the election.

Nope the affidavit does not disclose the documents....only the why and from who gave the information.
We don't know all of the why.....just that they targeted trump as usual.
As for the who we probably will never know because well Adam schiff.

As I understand it, that isn't a claim that Zuckerberg made ... just that the warning from the FBI was general in nature but not specific to a particular story..

The tweet you posted even says exactly that.

Maybe try harder ?
