Seeking to overthrow the valid results of a legitimate election would certainly seem to qualify as "attempting to rig".

Who do you think is pushing for this? Our laws say that the hospitals must treat anyone who shows up. No they don't; maybe for emergency situations in some states, but not for all-inclusive health care for anyone who shows up, especially illegal aliens. Notice that CA just changed its previously existing law. As of Jan 1 it's the only state in the country that allows this nonsense.
Wrong. Having to add over 700K additional non-paying, illegal freeloaders to their health care system will cause the providers to go bankrupt due to the tremendous strain on the existing resources. CA is already bankrupt, with a $68 Billion budget deficit before adding this additional $3B burden which will turn out to be much higher. This is financial insanity, so who will bail them out? You and I, and all the other American taxpayers.
Our laws should be rewritten saying anyone entering the country illegally may not expect any mandatory medical care. Cut off the plethora of enticements and fewer will come.

All but one of them were arrested and released without bail per the Alvin Bragg policy of not prosecuting criminals in NYC. Now they're on their way to sunny CA where they'll be welcomed with open arms and supported in style by taxpayer dollars, while they continue their criminal enterprises. This is how Biden's Open Borders America works. This is also why he'll lose the election in November. A lot of urban Democrat voters in large blue cities have had enough of this insanity.
