the people??? or some gun control advocate on a soapbox?? gun control does nothing to deter crime. there are lots of laws that insure if i use a gun for criminal purposes i'm subject to punishment. so why subject gun ownership to a lot of BS. on the other side..
guns and accessories represent a sizeable number of dollars spent in the current flagging economy. if anything it should be encouraged. the jobs in sales alone provide many familys a livelyhood and contribute a lot of sales tax dollars. i would think any community would be glad for that with the slump in consumer spending.
other than blowing a lot of smoke up a few peoples as## i doubt this idea will get off the ground.
