I just can't believe how fast 2008 has come and gone. I know for most of us in expedite trucking... we are seeing some challenging times right now.

But we’ve gone through tough times before. Things always seem to rebound for us, and freight picks up again. Sure, that’s little solace to those who are deadheading empty back to the house right now - but it is Christmas time. Give it some time, though, and things’ will get better.

Ancient Rhymes, Yule-tide times - Christmas time is here. Tidings of comfort and joy to you and your family!

1st, "Merry Christmas" to all here at EO,and Thank You Lawrence for proviing an outlet and gathering spot for the industry.

Having found this board a bit over a year ago and spending time here trying to educate myself to this industry was a great stroke of luck for me. While I may not agree with all that is posted here, ALL info here it put forth from people that seem to try their best to offer nothing but help and support. I'll say thank you to all of you and wish you nothing but excellence in your efforts to move forward in the coming year.

So thank you to all of you and no matter your beliefs, please don't take offense to me wishing you Gods grace in the coming year!

Cheryl and I would like to wish all of our "expediter family" a very merry Christmas and a very prosperous new year.

As I bounce across I40 in gorgeous Tennessee in the "condo" of our truck we feel blessed
to have had a good start to our expediting career. I know we would not be able to say that if we had not had the help and knowledge of all of the contributers to the EO forum.

We were prepared for most of the obstacles we have encountered thanks to the advice that we received from EO members.
