Well... had to google this one and I am not a born American, neither was I on this earth in the 60s. I wasn't planning on lying and I definitely do not smell bad . And I'm 99.99% sure this forum couldn't take a broker out of business. I'd like to believe this is not the norm and that it will not be the norm. Considering the shortage of truck drivers and how tough this job is, adding a "you get paid when I get paid" clause in their contract will only make it worse. I also get to be on the other end of this world and I know for sure I do not have one single freight forwarder that extends me more than 30 days credit, if that. So I'm just trying to see what exactly is the "truth" about where the money do get stuck.

Well I do the Job and like I said the co pays me the following week Its all good. No robbing Pete to Pay Paul if you get my drift.

Another down side of deregulation, freight bills used to be paid within 7 days.

The things people will do to haul cheap freight boggles the mind.
