The new extended Nissan NV

The current model is 120" to the seatback. I don't know if that's with the seat fully rearward or fully forward but would hope it's fully rearward. The extended will be 11' 8" maximum, provided what they've shown upfitters is what they bring out.

My tape measure must be broken because I spent last thursday afternoon looking at the nv 3500 and from the seats floor bolts to inside back door was 112 inches with 68 inches door height and 54 1/2 inches width at wheel wells .....

They must measure with the seat most forward to get the 120" they advertise then.

What's the longest this type of vehicle can be on the outside? My GMC Savana extended is 20' 4" according to the GMC website. I remember hearing in the distant past, when I had an extended Econoline, that 20' is the longest legal length for parking on city streets.

No idea if that is true or what the law might say now (or how much it may vary state-to-state) but that would limit the amount of extending one can do. With that much engine compartment sticking out front, it further limits inside cargo space.
