IF I had FULL control over it.... Maybe.

be nice to have the GPS on the glass in an area where it did not obstruct view. Even nicer if it where smart enough to put a small arrow on where to turn. It'd be nice for down time. Big TV screen.

Pushing ads for food joints and what not? No thanks.

I've been envisioning such a system for years, but without the advertisements, and it didn't include social networking. My vision for the guidance system has the arrows appear to hover on the road, 3D, in your path.

How odd. Mercedes-Benz once ran ads about how they were in the vanguard of safety, now they come out with quite possibly one of the most unsafe inventions to come down the pike.
