If you want action on a suggestion or a complaint, I suggest writing directly to #2 Jason Fredricks. He responds back with either a letter or a phone call within 1 week of your issue in my experience. Just make sure its a worthwhile issue. I've never seen any negative consequences communication directly with management. Odds are they won't change what you want to change but there's no reason to fear them.
