Yes, her tweet about reports of someone dying was false. Her sources gave her erroneous information. But the wording in the headline by the Daily Beast gives their audience (without having to read the story) the likelihood that they will infer that she made up the story. They don’t know that. Do you think she should be fired for the inaccurate tweet? How about perhaps, reporters tweeting erroneous information about, say, the Russia collusion hoax? There’s a conga line full of them that still have their jobs.
