Seasoned Expediter
I have to say I'm fairly new to the expediting business. But I've been reading EO and all the great stuff everyone has to say and I think I've got this expediting thing figured out. Try to keep up and feel free to stop me if you have any questions.
The carrier's main function is to mislead and confuse us. The dispatchers only give the 'good' loads to their favorites (and no one seems to be one). The owners all buy pieces of dookie, call them a truck, then send us on our way with a "Good luck. Now go make us some money". When we have time to tend to our personal hygiene, we have to pay. And then we get a bathroom that the last guy has 'bodily functioned' all over and no one bothered to properly clean it. We traded in our buff bodies for ones that look like the 'before' guy on the diet pill commercial. We have a special task force that watches over us to tell us when, where and how long we can sleep. When and for how long we can work. And where and how we can spend our time off. And all this for the big, whopping salary of....oh yeah, 2.97/hr. Did I miss anything?
