Tickets like that always belong to the person whose name is on the ticket. Nice to write rules as you go but life doesn't work that way.

When large chance prizes are involved insurance is purchased by the promoters for a percentage of the actual prize cost. If the prize is legally won the insurance pays the full amount of the prize. It has been happening this way for more than two decades that I know of and probably much longer than that.

nope i have bought raffle tickets before i know how they work

where did it say they had to be there .??
i have bought many that were drew and i wasnt there and if i won i still got my prize HUM somebody broke the law darn it i better tell them they need to hide

Yes I said the dad committed fraud because he did. About 9/11, I would say it was a terrorist act that was bad but despite all the evidence to the contrary there are a lot of gullible people that think it was an inside job. These gullible people cling to this belief even though it has been proven that the truther sites are run by liars and that science says they are wrong. FEMA camps were temporary housing in an emergency, some were good some were in bad condition. The NWO will be the downfall of America, there is no way to get all the other countries up to our standards so we will be brought down to theirs.
