I drove with Roger before he retired. That aggravated his hip, which I believe led to his retiring. If I had known he was hurting that badly, I wouldn't have asked him to team. He was a giving person, and had an awesome sense of humor. I remember laughing so hard, I nearly ran off the road.

I thought of calling him a few days ago, to see how he was doing. I'll miss ya, buddy.

Billy, last I talked to him, he was about to get his hip operated on again. Do you know if he did?

It was the end of June when we talked last he hadn't said anything about it then.

One of the nicest truckers I ever shared a meal with. Of course, t-hawk was pretty cool also.

Never met him but talked to him numerous times. Very nice guy. Hate to see that at 50 years old.

I just noticed the date... last year. That wasn't long after he sold his truck. He was just going to kick back and deal with the farm, last I talked to him.
