Team freight

Wish I could get on a roll doing team freight that was actually a load needing a team...so far 1 of 6 loads has came close to needing a team, and definitely have not had runs that would be stacked to make using a team the best choice...my weekly miles for last 2 weeks has barely equalled miles I did as a solo the 3 weeks prior...1678, 1781, 2550....team freight...1878...1900 with one day to go...small sample size but for march, team monthly avg for cargo van was 9775...what is the point in being a team if u sit more than u do as a solo?

Took me a bit to post this as I know that others in the past were afraid this forum was monitored by xpo (hence why it's been dead for a yr that I have been here) but something has to give...either the execs are expecting a larger margin than the market is actually capable of supplying for cargo vans or sprinters, or need to reduce the overhead preventing being competitive enough to keep the drivers moving
