Linda, I don't know about phone equipment but we do get a discount from Verison. All we had to do was show our FedEx contrator badge. :D

Your discount at Verizon applies to ANY and ALL equipment that you purchase in their stores. Most times your discount gives you a better price than their discounted prices on their phones and even their broadband devices. Just ordered a different broadband device and there's a $50 difference between Verizon discount and the one we get through Fed Ex.

Those truckstops are dangerous places, one wrong move from a billybigrigger trying to park his truck, and you are out of business.

You really should see it from the steering wheel of a "billybigrigger"...watching those little bity toy trucks TRYING to back into a spot and having to do more pull ups than most "billybigrigger" trucks..watching one of those trucks doing it and your up all night laughing about it...so its tit for tat IMHO

some can..some can't...some do...some don't...but there is always someone to complain about it.

I don't use the term "billybigrigger" to describe a certain type of vehicle, rather it has more to do with the type of driver of said vehicle.

The thread was not meant just for FCC contractors but for anyone thinking of buying at a TA even when the price is right.

And as I was trying to say,the prices at a TA or any other t/s is NEVER going to be lower than a wallyworld or similar type stores.
