if you have a TAB Bank account it is very easy and free. The money is in your account within 15 minutes of the phone cqall 24 hours a day. Get online www.tabbank.com to open the account. or pick up an an app at Flying J. We call the 800 number give them the tcheck card number and tell them how much we want moved. Then, once it is in your acct, you can set up at least 3 outside banks to transfer money to - that takes about 24 hours. We have it set up to move to B of A, Chase and a local bank. ALL FREE. Free billpay too. and we use the card as our Fly J (and Pilot) points card also.
No complaints about this bank - we print out paper checks using a checkwriting software from Office Depot if we need to (rarely).

Yes, you can link the two. You'll need to get with the Fed and they'll help you set it up. After that, you can transfer by phone.

Yep, but you have to do it by phone. FDCC can help you set it up.
