Out of curiosity.. do any carriers charge more if their customer is a union shop? ie.. nope, can't unload you for an hour til my lunch is over. You know, that type of deal.
We don't usually know where we're picking up or dropping, until we've accepted the load. The only info given are cities. But usually, you can guess the company by their city.
Griffin, GA = CAT
Sharonville, OH = Ford
Georgetown, KY = Toyota
If you wanted to add a little to your rate for going to where you expect a union shop, nothing stopping you. But once you put in your bid, you can't just alter it without a good reason. And "It's a union shop" ain't one of them.
