You can bet Obama wants them to put an end because that's more government control over private property and a further erosion of property rights which this administration doesn't want us to have.

Marxists don't believe in the idea of private property. The SC has already proven that THEY have no use for the Constitution OR the idea of private property.

Yes, and the next president will almost assuredly appoint at least two and possibly up to four new SC justices, perhaps the biggest reason to vote Romney in every case.

Potentially It does seem like another coffin nail in the property rights of individuals. I would also agree that Pre. Obama is not a friend of an Individual's property rights .

Roberts was NOT appointed by Obama. I do find it AMAZING that people believe that electing Romney over Obama is going to make any REAL difference. The SC is dancing to the piper. Either change it, or accept it. Electing ANY member of EITHER of the two parties will get you just more of the same. They have gone too far and have, for the most part, taken over.

No, Roberts wasn't an Obama appointee. That has nothing to do with the future appointees. You're right in so far as both sides are nowhere near where they should be but they are absolutely not the same. There is a difference between bad and BAD and there's a difference between Obama and Romney and it's enough of a difference that it is everyone's duty and obligation to vote in a manner that at least attempts to rid us of the evil that currently exists.

Nothing is going to change. It has not changed in my voting life, this year is 40 years I have been voting. Ifin it ain't changed in the last 40 years it sure as heck ain't changin now. I just hope I can get just a few more ducks seasons in before it's over. Shame is wasted 20 of them in the past. Wish I had not have. If frankly, was not worth the effort.

Mormon has NOTHING to do with it. The problem is that the ONLY choice is between Democrat and Republican. There ain't two cents difference between the two parties. Religion or race make no matter.

For the most part, I'd agree, unless your candidate is a crazy cultist in magic underwear. He's only one-step more respectable than a castrated Heaven's Gate cultist or a Moonie. You can't elect a cultist.
Romney is like Mormonism itself: a very thin veneer of respectability, but some crazy stuff below that surface.
