LOL, you really don't think these "formal oral arguements" are going to form or change any of those justicesalready mind up minds do you?? This will be a 5-4 decision to strike the "individual Mandate" and to let the rest of this bs stand...the Left Libs will vote together and the Right will vote together and Kennedy will swing Right....

Exactly, thanks for making my case that we elect politicians for SC.
there for we have no rezone to complain when they roll party-line, rather then common seance or even remotely by any legal standards.
this case have nothing to do with the constitution or what is right or wrong,
it is about power preservation.

LOL, barrys "signature" plan and his minions got hammered again today and while things can sometimes be deciveing, it even looks like barrys liberal sotomayer got into the act of busting the gov lawyers today....LOL, it ain't lookin good for the liberal/left statiest take over of healthcare...if the whole thing isnt tossed, it loks almost for sure that the "individual mandate" is history and that in itself will kill the rest of the garbage bill....LOL....:p:D:)

I sure hope so! Someone has to put Barry in his place and maybe the SC will do just that! "Hopefully"

Opps, it no longer the "individual mandate", it is now the “Personal Responsibility” clause....yeap it is your "Indivdiual responsibility" buy something even if you don't want it.....and ohhh even though only 1 republican voted for barrycare, it is now a "Bi-partsan" bill....funny how that works....

Wait!!! You mean the Constitution isn't a living breathing instrurment that continually evolves with the times and is subject to being changed to meet the nneds of today even though that is in conflict with what it sayes?? So it ain't so....Oh well then for sure it must be open to intrepretation and be judged against "foreign" constitutions of other countries....i mean how could a liberal SC justice be wrong in her thinking when trying to find if a law is Constitutional....:rolleyes:


That Thomas Jefferson, you know he was old and the Constitution is old and it really isn't relevent today....

Obamacare is the worst legislative boondoggle ever conceived by the human mind.

2700 pages of grueling, mind-numbing legalese.

A patch-work quilt cobbled together by liberal lawyers, insurance lobbyists and Marty Feldman-eyed socialists making backroom deals buying votes from Democrat Senators who would sell their mother to advance Obama's power grab.

May it please God Almighty to strike down this abomination known as Obamacare. Thank you Presidents Reagan, Bush41 and Bush43 for Justices Scalia, Thomas, Kennedy,Roberts and Alito.
