Had a good time at Casino night with Westmicher and his wife, and then spent time with BillG and Pubboywis. Won a $100 MasterCard from Omnitracs. Probably go back tomorrow for a bit before heading back home...back in service from Team CRE shutdown on Tuesday...will be back out this time running team with my dad (Pops)

Well after a very good week reaching my max revenue level, I want to thank those who took time off and attended the Expo in Lexington for helping me reach that goal during a slow time of the year.

i did very well over the last 2 weeks also .... But the Expo had nothing to do with affecting it ... and made it home 2 different times also ... i just keep flipping my 2 Headed coin ... hauling freight from a Pond near you
Happy Sunday from the homestead....extreme drought continues...most cash crops are history at this point, Ranchers are quickly downsizing the herds for lack of grazing. Fire Danger "RED Flag" another 100+ day..then it cools to the 90's with no moisture in the 10 day forecast.
Bummer.....
Methinks Ntime does the same thing in Iowa that I used to do in PA; deadhead home from anywhere in the state. Of course, he has a grandson to see (one almost as cute as mine) 
Have Judy churn up some nice spinach-vanilla ice cream for ya' when she's done milking the goats and churning the butterAlso its: National Ice Cream Day...AND National Fresh Spinach Day.....

I notice the Dry areas heading to & from Minot ,ND.. the other day also alot of Ditch grass being mowed and Round baled for cattle ... thats Poor man's hay around Iowa ... low quality feed ... so i was understanding the bad times there ... get what crops/hay that you can now .. by late summer no crop quality items will be left
