I find it amazing that RR does not saturate their own market like many other carriers. Apparently they are being guided by intelligence instead of greed! I know my previous carrier () not mentioning names has a lot of customers and sales staff but they were quite happy flood their market area with vans. I am happy with CRE but I think RR is a good company too!

Well turnover only creates work for recruiters... as you see new ines being hired at other carriers as they add more vehicles... I mean why add new recruiters I you have a hiring freeze?

Well it looks like you're all still expediting.

Been slow for me, turned down a lot of runs while people heal, but I've been busy reacquainting myself with this Bitcoin thing. I'm officially obsessed

After hitting a low of 2400 CDN$ I bought back in at 3400$ (this was a 2 day span, reasons I'll spare you) and added to my forgotten portfolio which was up 2000% (I thought $300 a bitcoin was a nuts bubble and lost interest)

Don't anybody buy any, its a learning curve and there are no rules. You can lose $30 grand in less than a second.

But rather than stress over not being able to work, I've had the most exciting home time ever...to the moon!

I feel like a real man. Tore the broken steam cleaner apart and guessed correctly, stuck blades on fan, blew fuse. Had one left over from fixing the microwave, soldered in, works mint. Now I can clean up the dog puke

(Just don't ask how many hours it took to figure out where all the screws went)

The last carrier I was with (LEAM) was for almost 10 yrs. As you said needs changed, so I changed carriers. Didn't want to leave there because I loved it there and made many good working relationships as well as making mucho bucks and after exhausting all ways of making it work under the new changes and not succeeding I left. Found new carrier who fit my needs and off to the races we went.
