Us 93 between Phoenix and Kingman, AZ. Large billboard in the middle of nowhere that simply states, "NOTHING" Have a pic of that somewhere. Will try to dig that one up, later.

Usually it is the billboard company that puts up messages like that, with the thought being a message on a billboard is more attention getting than a blank billboard. Was this the billboard you saw? I still don't get the "No turn" sign at the merge point of freeway entrance ramps [every one of them!]. Is that a problem?
And the "No stopping in median" signs - I've never seen anyone do that on purpose, lol.
