Does anyone drive a straight truck for ups or fedex? I was wondering bcuz I have seen a class action lawsuit filled on fedex that drivers in different states are fedex employees and some are independent contractors in other states. I was wondering how it affects drivers?

This does not apply to any of the FedEx Custom Critical contractors you see here in this community / industry.
It's a completely different division. FedEx is made up of several companies - all under one brand, but very different services and backgrounds.
