It looks longer, much much wider, it seems to have room for a much larger engine and also, it has a fresher design.

Rather than monkey with the outsides maybe they should get the EGR situation squared away first?

I talked with a factory rep. July 14th about the EGR valve and he tells me they have about got it corrected. As soon as the factory can get enough made they are going to make an announcement. He told me it will be a recall so us folks with lots of miles will still be able to get it corrected for free.

He also told me the reason they have so many problems is that the state of CA made then change it at the "last minute" if they wanted to sell the 2004's there.
