Dealerships were given special tools to preform maintenance on the sprinter. Then charged back. The were also required to have a 10,000.00 dollar inventory of parts and 3 certified Sprinter Techs. That is why just a few dealerships was available to do maintenance. It was to be all 5 star dealerships, that didn't happen due to the tools and inventory. That was then.
