The people at Expediters Services are good people and help driver's become truck owner's. Paul and Jason are strictly business and enforce the contracts driver's sign. It's nothing personal, it's business. If a person overdrafts their checking account, do you think the bank is not going to charge you? Nope, it's nothing personal, its business as banks have to charge for things that people do wrong. I have seen over the years drivers get mad at Expediter Services and bash them on here. Most of the people doing the bashing are the ones that didn't follow the contract they signed. Expediters Services owners don't do the settlements of their drivers because they have hired people to do it and enforce the contract drivers sign. But you see them get the bashing 100% of the time. As a fleet owner I have always tried to think of our drivers as family. Drivers need to understand the difference between a business relationship and a personal relationship. What upsets me the most is drivers saying that you cheated them out of money, when in fact they tried to take advantage of a truck owner. Then feel they shouldn't be charged for breaking the contract they signed.
