Sorry, but I gotta ask

Which one of you was it that delivered the silicone sex doll to the guys house after he sent her to the repair shop to have her loose joints repaired? Seriously.

While channel surfing on the TV there was a show about men and their doll sex partners. The one in question was loaded onto an expedite truck (name withheld to save embarrassment) to be delivered to the anxiously awaiting owner. It was in a crate about 2.5x2.5x4 in size. They ship them sitting down for the long ride. The crate was stenciled all over with "Extremely Fragile" and "Handle with Extreme Care".

Come on, fess up. We know it was one of you! With the discription of the freight on the BOL you had to know.

OK, I guess you don't know who you are (or are to embarrassed to admit you did such a load) and the rest of us are stumped. So here are some clues:

The crate had "Tiffany" stenciled on the door and no you were'nt hauling lamps. The crate was a custom crate complete with a padded seat and seatbelt inside to strap Tiffany down so she wouldn't get hurt during the long and rough ride. Since she was life sized the combined weight of her and the crate was a little over 200LBS.

It was a male and female team that delivered her in a temp-controlled truck. Yes Tiffany had to be transported at a cool 68 degrees so she wouldn't arrive back home all sticky, something to do with the silicone used to make her. The truck was a custom straight truck with a day cab front, after market large sleeper (not a Bentz) and approximately a 14' reefer box and liftgate. As they showed the team liftgating Tiffany down out of their truck I could see that the box had a highly polished wood floor clean enough to eat off of and their equipment neatly stored inside of totes in the front of their box. Unfortunately their faces and the name of the carrier on the side of their truck was digitized so I can't identify either. I will note that their voices did sound a bit familiar and based on the height of the crate I would guess then to be a little over five feet tall. The truck did have graphics on the side. This truck looked like or is simular to one regularly seen in NJ.

Learning that these life like dolls cost the owners between $5000- $10,000, I can see why the owner would pay the extra to have his doll handled by a "E" or "WG" team.

Maybe these clues will help in identifying the lucky team that was able to get on a TV documentary show.

This shows that expediters deliver some interesting stuff.

Thats right Pelicn. We were originally attracted to expediting because of the interesting freight potentials and cool places we would get to pick up and deliver at along with the revenue possibilities. Never thought it might include delivering a doll.

We did haul neat stuff with FECC and even moreso with our current carrier. BUT, when it comes to delivering a 100lbs life like, life sized "Silicone Sex Doll" to someone's house or the "Sex Doll Hospital" to get her blown out knees replaced (how does that happen?), I don't think so. That reeeally creeps me out! LOL So I will be so kind as to pass that revenue on to you highly skilled E and WG teams and keep pulling my jet engines and aircraft parts. Ain't nothing kinky about that!!! :p

I would have been laughing the whole trip if it would have been me doing that load. If the DOT would ask "what you have on the truck"? I would have said Tiffney, She likes DOT officers. Then told the DOT officer what she was.

Man, They can't put "Milk" or "beans" on the side of the box? Some things are on a need to know basis. :D

He must have been pretty rough with the poor Tiffany. I hope her recovery goes well....... :D

I don't know if they are already doing this, But I saw on some program that they are thinking about signing celebrity contracts to make look alike dolls........

TMZ Alert: angelina jolie Rushed to L.A because of ripped tendons and a broken hip!. For some mysterious reason she was loaded on an Expedite truck. Maybe to keep secrecy? :D

Amen!!!

Actually, theres been two shows so far. One on BBC Channel and the other with the Expediter.

I would think drugs or alcohol are needed to turn the fantasy into reality, or just one sick pup!!! LOL

Do you think their Mothers bought them GI Jane instead of GI Joe when they were kids?

There is a movie about a guy who buys one of these. It is called Lars and the real girl. He is a social outcast who purchases the doll as his girlfriend. There is nothing sexual about the movie, but is intresting. I have it if anyone wants to borrow it.

BBC America has a long list of these documentaries, the one you are talking about is "Love me, Love my doll".

I sat there one night flipping through the channels and landed on BBC America with that show running.... watched 5 minutes of is and then taped the next showing for my wife to see. The next night we sat there and couldn't help but wonder if this was a true documentary or not. It only took her 4 minutes to change the channel. People actually pay up to $10,000 for these things.

A couple weeks later they have "married to the Eiffel Tower", we understand mental health issues but this one was something else.
