I'd bet Linder Caffee has backups of the backups, stored in fireproof boxes in several locations - she is a marvel of efficiency, she is - the illustration looks more like how I do backups, lol.

One other reason this thread is so helpful is the example of how all repair facilities [even dealerships] are not equal, and just learning which places to avoid can be invaluable.
