have you given any good advise,or even bad for that matter,this group is hard about giving ratings
Why do you feel the need to be rated? Their are members that DO NOT want ratings after their name. One particular Team that always knows it all does not have the rating function with their name. If they can live without it ( WHY) you should be able to.
The individuals that do not want ratings may be afraid of the rating procedure. When 90% of the membership looks upon an individual with derision that individual usually knows it and wants to keep his profile clean with no negative ratings from others. Helps to keep their ego high.

Dreamer can clarify this, but I believe the gold stars accumulate for the number of posts made, NOT the rating points.
But then again, I could be completely wrong. It won't be the first time.

I hooked you up. I showed my arse a few times and got negative ratings. That's life. I didn't lose any sleep over it, but it did help me to think before I type.

actually i posted it to change the monotony of the usual posts...since i dont think anyone has done it before...i guess its just a change of pace from the usual bashing i come across..however i do feel there isnt enough positive rating going on...kinda like a report card to let you no where you stand...everyone has something to contribute whether they are just starting out or a veteran of 20 years..being a weekend warrior in the military, when i ask for suggestions, sometimes the most unique and best ideas come from the privates just coming into the service..

thanks for the hook up. I'm younger than most of you so you may not know what I'm talking about, but I remeber when I was in jr high I think there was a rap song I heard the other kids singing alot that said "I got da hook up, holla if ya hear me. Uh". I don't know why that poped in my mind anyway. I guess I'll ask my pscyology proffesser in the morning maybe she can tell me. :+
