The carrier is SR Freight and yes they know im in service.. haha... was doing good until last year.. i dont know if its the economy or the industry, but things have gotten bad.. at least for me

Don't have a easy answer for them. Never heard of them. Not sure if that is a "sign" or not?
If they are just working bid boards, they are going to struggle.

If your company is just working off bid boards and don't have any of there own customers it's gonna be hard to get loads when it's slow. It's hard enough right now even if a company does have customers.
