With me being in a gasser the cashier needs to manually add my frequent fueler number to my account after I get the receipt. It's a bit cumbersome and the shower credit doesn't show on my receipt but they're there.
If you are running diesel and using our card that should not be the case. Send me a pm and I can have our Pilot rep check it out. I have not heard of anyone else having issues. I am proud to say that I think we have one of the best shower programs out there. If they messed up I will get you the credits you deserve.
