Good news for folks who live for food like I do. I just had a load to Laredo, so we are going to be having chicken fajitas one night at the show.

H.E.B. grocery stores have really good marinated chicken. I'm so excited!
Mr. and Mrs. Layoutshooter, are you sure you aren't going to make it?

OK folks, we got the corner of the parking lot at the intersection where the traffic light is where you turn left into Papa Johns Stadium in Louisville, KY! We will be set up to cook there for everyone! The only thing that we may need is propane for the grills, those 1 pound bottles go quick! We have 200 plastic utensil kits, we will be picking up the necessities this week! Anything anyone wants to bring will be appreciated, and utilized! If anyone wants special grill items cooked for themselves, we can do that for you too!

We are all signed up! This will be our first MATS. Really looking forward to it. Things are starting to move along for us at a quick pace now. Might even be in a truck by the time the Expo gets here.

For those of you looking for us at Papa John's . . . Henry is not directionally challenged. But when he arrived Monday evening someone else was already situated in the NE corner. So we are in our standard location, the SE corner of section C, just north of the C/D drive. BTW, ignore the no truck signs, everyone does.

Just look for the blue and gold "Slice of Life" truck, Rick's HVH truck, and my little Bolt truck.

Fish can be grilled, but stick with a "fatty" fish like salmon or swordfish if you want it right on the grill. Otherwise, wrap your favorite fish with seasonings and maybe a little white wine in foil, and you can grill it that way! Enjoy everyone!
