Yeah, it depends on what has caused the computer to throw it into limp home mode, tho. Sometimes just turning it off and then starting it back up is enough to reset it. Other times you need to do the Chinese Fire Drill thing. I once had a cracked hose going from the intercooler to the EGR valve and shutting it off and then back on would reset the computer, until enough pressure built up to cause it to go back into limp home mode, anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes depending on the terrain and speed.
